If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we do offer a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer ONE TIME free exchange for in stock items and for our customers who keep their items in original conditions and meanwhile follow our return & exchange process.
Please ensure the first contact within 7 business days once received.(Once beyond 7 business days won’t be taken into consideration)(Please keep a good contact during this period)
A 15% of your total payment will be charged as restocking and handling fee for the second-time exchange.
NO return or exchange for custom order except for our mistakes.
NO return or exchange for clearance products.
NO free exchange for cap size problem.
Please note: Since Human hair products are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. The products must be returned in its original state as received. We will not accept any product that has been worn or used, has any visible changes, has disrupted curl patterns, the hair or lace has been cut in any way, has been chemically processed or has an odor. So we encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the product before using it.
Return & Exchange Process
Please contact our LUHair service representatives within 3 business days of receipt of your wig via email. Email:email@example.com.
Please indicated the reason or reasons you want to exchange or return your wig/hair, please attach any applicable pictures.
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to.
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You’re also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
For non American customers, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.
Please do email us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org after shipping out your returned package.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization. Or your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!

After receiving the returned package, we will arrange the refund within 3 business days if you just request return. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
The refund will be returned to where you pay. That is to say, if you pay by your credit card via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your credit card. Normally, the money will be arrived in your credit card within 15 days after we arrange your refund, or you can call your bank company to get the exact time for your refund.
We will arrange the exchange within 3 business days after receiving the returned package. As to the estimated processing time of your second item, please check our website.
Every customer can enjoy one time free repairing service within after-sale three months.
If more than three months, please contact us for complex repair service.
It needs about 35 business days for repairing.
You are responsible for the double way shipping charge.
Order Cancellation and Change
For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. So we will be very appreciated if you could contact email@example.com for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes. Shipped orders can not be cancelled or changed.
